Shipping Agreement

By placing an order with WuXi Zhan Ma Power Tech Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

Shipping Timeframe

Domestic Shipping (within China): Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination country. Typically, international shipping takes 10-30 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+8) will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Customs and Duties

International Orders: For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Customs Delays: Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays that are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses or certain restricted regions. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at lynscyberpowertechnology@gmail.com. We will assist in arranging for a return or exchange.

Lost Shipments: In case of a lost shipment, please contact the carrier with the provided tracking number. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for information on how to return or exchange an item.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Products must be in unused, original condition.
