Return and Refund Policy

At WuXi Zhan Ma Power Tech Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality electric motorcycles and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
Products that are missing parts or accessories.
Custom-built or special-order items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at lynscyberpowertechnology@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.
After approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the conditions for return:

We will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
If your payment was made by credit card, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at lynscyberpowertechnology@gmail.com. We will offer:

A replacement product at no extra cost, or
A full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. The returned product will be refunded according to our standard return policy.

7. Restocking Fees

In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and it will be communicated to you in advance.

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of faulty products.

9. Changes to Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
